This years Youth Field Day had an attendance of 405 youths along with 283 adults acting as chaperones. As in the past, Dick and his team worked with the youth who were broken up into pods of 20 while Chris Snyder and myself worked with the adults. The crossbow station allowed the youth to have an opportunity to shoot a crossbow 2-3 shots each at a bag target ten yards away. The results were lots of smiles and kids begging parents to purchase a Horton crossbow. In regards to the adult crossbow station, we encouraged each adult to shoot as much as time would permit and utilized the Vision as Horton’s "Flag Ship” bow and the new Brotherhood as the premium starter package. The results with the adults were many parents both male and female walking away with a clearer understanding of the product and how easy it is to handle. We have several fall dealer crossbow promotions in the upcoming months with local dealers to then capitalize on this excitement and promote Horton crossbows.
